In 2023, we were honored to organize two company retreats for a German multinational corporation, with a total of 80 employees participating in trips to Taipei, Yilan, Kaohsiung, and Kenting. The purpose of the trips was to strengthen team cohesion while providing employees with a wide range of leisure experiences. During the Taipei and Yilan trip, participants explored local culture and visited the Kavalan Whisky Distillery to sample premium whisky and learn about the distillation process. They also enjoyed a scenic tour of Turtle Island, taking in its breathtaking ocean views and the unique Milk Pond, allowing employees to unwind while immersing themselves in Yilan’s natural beauty and cultural charm. The Kaohsiung and Kenting trip was centered on ocean and nature exploration. Participants visited the National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium to learn about marine ecosystems, explored the Eluanbi Lighthouse and Taiwan’s southernmost point to experience stunning coastal views, and visited the Paradise of Deer to interact with adorable sika deer. Through diverse activities, the company retreat provided employees with a much-needed break from work while strengthening team spirit and morale.
