We were honored to organize a journey to the Taipei International Choral Competition for a group of colleges from Hong Kong, with the aim of enhancing students' musical literacy and choral skills while offering a rich cultural experience. The main purpose of the group's visit to Taiwan was to participate in the Taipei International Choral Competition. During the trip, students took part in a variety of music-related activities, including attending live concerts at concert halls to experience the charm of live performances, and participating in choral masterclasses where professional instructors provided in-depth coaching on choral techniques to help elevate their performance abilities. We also specially arranged music rehearsal venues for the schools, where students continually honed their choral skills and collaborated in multiple practice sessions with the Taipei Chamber Singers, fostering greater ensemble cohesion. After the competition, an awards ceremony was held to recognize the students’ hard work and achievements, making it a memorable and rewarding international exchange experience.
