For two consecutive years, in 2023 and 2024, we successfully organized corporate visit tours for a university from Hong Kong, with our team managing the itinerary planning and execution to help students better understand various industries in Taiwan and inspire future career planning. During the 2023 Taichung tour, students visited several leading companies, gaining valuable real-world insights.Highlights included a visit to SHUTER Enterprise Co., Ltd., where the COO personally introduced the company's management philosophy. Students also explored a traditional farm that has transformed into a modern agribusiness, participating in hands-on activities to experience agricultural innovation firsthand and understand the evolution of traditional industries. Each year, we arranged visits to prestigious international hotel groups, offering students firsthand exposure to luxury hotel operations and management. In the 2024 Taitung tour, students explored Taiwan’s design industry, gaining a deeper understanding of innovative thinking and practice in the creative field. They also visited local industries that skillfully leverage Taitung’s natural resources, such as tea plantations, biotech food companies, marine research centers, and organic farms.A special highlight was a behind-the-scenes hot air balloon operation tour, where students learned about the principles and teamwork behind hot air ballooning - a truly rare and invaluable experience.
