We organized multiple stargazing tours at Qingjing Farm in Nantou for various schools from Hong Kong, with the goal of broadening students’ knowledge in astronomy and natural sciences while allowing them to experience the stunning natural beauty of Taiwan. Students participated in a stargazing tour at Mt.Hehuan, where they admired the brilliant night sky under expert guidance and learned the basics of astronomy and stargazing techniques. We specially arranged for an astronomy expert to lead a guided stargazing session and teach astrophotography skills, giving students a deeper understanding of astronomy. The itinerary also included a day trip to Sun Moon Lake, where students experienced the beauty and culture of one of Taiwan’s most famous landmarks. Visits to the planetarium’s Star Theater and stargazing platform provided further insights into the mysteries of the universe and celestial movements. Additionally, students visited Qingjing Farm’s Green Green Grassland and the Qingjing Sky Walk, where they enjoyed spectacular mountain views, interacted closely with farm animals, and experienced the charm of farm life.
