We were honored to organize a 5-day training camp for approximately 70 students from a Hong Kong secondary school, focusing on basketball and volleyball. The goal of this program was to promote sports exchange between the two regions while enhancing the students’ athletic skills. The camp included professional training in both basketball and volleyball, allowing students to improve their skills under expert guidance. Friendly matches were also arranged, providing valuable game experience and an opportunity to learn from their peers. As part of the itinerary, the group visited National Taiwan Sport University, where students gained access to top-tier training resources to further develop their techniques and tactical understanding. Additionally, the team visited several high schools in Taichung for sports exchanges, training sessions, and friendly games in both basketball and volleyball, fostering friendship and teamwork between participants and local students. The volleyball team also participated in a tournament held in Changhua County, where they honed their skills in real-game scenarios while building stronger team cohesion. Beyond the training sessions, the itinerary included visits to the Museum of Illusions Taichung and Miyahara, allowing participants to unwind and experience Taiwan’s cultural and culinary delights after their intense training.
