In 2023 and 2024, we assisted in organizing FAM tours and international promotional activities for the Taichung International Flower Carpet Festival, an annual event hosted by the Taichung City Government. We actively contributed to the festival’s promotion in international markets, enhancing its global visibility.The FAM tours offered participants a rich and diverse experience, including visits to the festival grounds, hands-on workshops making botanical hydrosols, and DIY sessions for traditional food and drink such as wine, red turtle cakes, and Hakka glutinous rice balls.Overseas FAM tour participants also visited Guguan in Taichung to enjoy its renowned hot springs, participated in an indigenous culture half-day experience, sampled indigenous specialty cuisine, and dined at Michelin-rated restaurants.This new approach to FAM tours enabled participants to gain deeper insights into the local culture and creativity, paving the way for more collaborative opportunities.In 2023 and 2024, we successfully expanded the international profile of the Taichung International Flower Carpet Festival, attracting over a thousand overseas visitors. This not only boosted local tourism but also promoted Taichung’s charm to the world. We look forward to continuing to attract more international visitors and enhancing Taichung’s global reputation as a premier travel destination.
